ROM102 card is a certain *type* of card. The software on the card is usually of two versions: one version is from card being in a DN receiver (up to rev 109), and the other version is from card being in a Bev receiver (up to rev 245).
For the highest numbered versions of both of these revs (109 and 245), there is no way to unlock the cards, therefore, cards are useless. Or, at least useless until someone finds a way to unlock them. When? No one knows.
So, the only usable cards are cards sold having rev 108 or less, and, 244 or less.
Also, if seller advertises card as having a "valid ATR", this means that the card has already been unlocked for you (which means you save about $50).
ROM102 cards sell for around $200 on ebay, currently.
