I just checked ebay, there is someone selling them as an auction for .01 and 40 dollars shipping, but after people bid it obviously goes up, one auction now has 11 bids and total would be around $120 if it ended now and still has 20 mins left, so I wouldn't say that it is selling for $39, it's a common practice for sellers to list it at .01 to show up when people prioritize the search by lowest price.
