Ok here we go..... I just got off the phone with Dish Network at 5:20PM Eastern Time and they told me that they are well aware of the problems that there FTA customers are experiencing and where very apologetic, they also assured me that there lab teams were working overtime to resolve the problem and we should be getting are free TV back very soon but in the mean time call costumer service and they will be more then happy to reimburse you for all the days your free TV have been down.
