I tried posting a response to someone who asked a question a few months back, regarding copying tapes to DVD from a NTSC/PAL video player. I have a Cyberhome DVR 1200 and it will record the PAL signal to a DVD however, it will also copy the PAL signal and thus can only be used on the DVD Recorder. solution: by the Cyberhome 300 and set it to region 0, place the recorded pal disc in, and make an NTSC copy on the Recorder.
