make sure you are using a linear LNB and NOT circullar, and make sure on antenna setup on your reciever is set for the correct type of LNB. Also use a hot TP to check for signal, frq 11739 p=H Sr 20000.

I cant make out what is written on the LNB from the picture, maybe you can type it here for us.

also, what sattelite were you watching with this LNB before you turned it to 121W??? If you can pickup 110 119 61 129 or 148 with this LNB then it will not work for 121 or 105

This is what i have on the LNB
21705-ADTH single output digital KU-LNBF
input frequency 117-112 GHz
output '' 950-1450 MHz
(on the LNB is not clear to read)
My friend brought to me. I don't know what network there used.

I don't know if lnb you specified is linear or not, but you can buy a linear lnb for cheap. You can mount the lnb by tie-wrapping it to the 119 deg lnb because the 121 satellite is very close to the 119 satellite. Basically, if your dish is aimed to pick up 119 then it should also pick up 121.

Mike is right, you have all the right dish and LNB, maybe you need to check the AZ, and EL + Skew

Also Check on the other TPS has 121 does have empty ones.

Height from ground doesn't matter. Only thing that matters is clear line of sight to satellite (no trees, power lines, buildings, etc...) and that you have proper azimuth, elevation, and skew. Also, maybe correct size of dish, which you already have.

it doesn't matter if the dish is low (height) as long as their is a direct line of sight to the satellite and you will just need to adjust a elevation slightly...

see above link to get a general idea

vancao,

In order to get 119 using a superdish, you dish need to be skew (skew depends on your location). one u get that 110 will fall in place
