i purchased Basic cable 1-18? from Comcast for $15/month. and i bought a cable box, premium channels, movie channels, HDtv, On Demand, etc from the comcast tech on "the side" for $xx amount of dollars. i know this is illegal and i get what i paid for. it was working fine for a few weeks but recently the On Demand stopped working and teh cable box doesnt receive a signal anymore..but we still get cable in the other rooms. my question is.. did comcast cut us off? or is it something wrong with the box itself? if so, how can i fix this? can i do anything on my own or will the tech have to come by again? any help is appreciated. thx.
