Bronze Member Username: Electro99Post Number: 44 Registered: Jan-06 | It's a garbage now or should i wait for some fix !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????????? |
New member Username: NunosondraPost Number: 7 Registered: May-06 | Not yet, I heard from a source that a new fix should be out soon for the 5000 and 6000, so sit tight and be a bit patient. If views@t conquered the ECM then it won't be too long for Cools@t. |
New member Username: Anya2003Lake in the hills, Il USA Post Number: 1 Registered: Jun-06 | Jeepster, how soon? |
New member Username: MatthewmMuncie, IN USA Post Number: 1 Registered: Jun-06 | When is the Cools@t 5000 bin or fix coming out? Who is working on it? If someone knows the fix please paste. We are still waiting. Please |
New member Username: NunosondraPost Number: 8 Registered: May-06 | We should see something as soon as today or by the end of the weekend. Be patient. When cools@t comes out with the fix it will be a good one. |
Bronze Member Username: IkaleemPost Number: 58 Registered: Nov-05 | Norwest group apparently has had some issues with co*lsat and apparently they are no longer working for c*olsat....DSSGUY also posted something to that effect yesterday |
Gold Member Username: LklivesPost Number: 3136 Registered: Jan-06 | I posted that here a few weeks ago about the NORWood group returning to Korea, and leaving behind a group of much less experienced people.....and everyone laughed at me here.. |

Bronze Member Username: IkaleemPost Number: 61 Registered: Nov-05 | Royce has just posted on his site that there are money issues and the agreement is just about done....well he has never been wrong so hopefully we will see something very soon |

Silver Member Username: The_wank_artistPost Number: 819 Registered: Feb-06 | Looks like old new after OZ's post but oh well. C/P from thedssguy abridged: "Cools@'s coders are hoping to disect VS 's fix too (not gonna happen). Here's what's being said about that... NORW is working on the Cools@ bin. They are coders, not engineers. Word is they are trying to decompile the Viewsat release to find out how they are decrypting the signal, then they will implement it in their bin and release." |
Bronze Member Username: VinidominePost Number: 62 Registered: May-06 | reversed engineering... cool |

Bronze Member Username: ChicoPost Number: 25 Registered: Sep-05 | will cs4000pro work w/ new bin when it is released or is it a paperweight? |
Bronze Member Username: IkaleemPost Number: 63 Registered: Nov-05 | Here is the text: FTA receivers fixes // 2006-06-08 Viewsat, Dreambox, Neosat all paid the price (not neccesarily to the same coders) which is why they are up and running with no problems. Rumor is that there was a fix that was made this past sunday for the Co*olsat but Co*olsat has been negotiating with these coders for the cheaper price, Co*olsat has been balking because of the high asking price from these coders... apparently they are nearing an agreement. |

New member Username: SlowboyPost Number: 5 Registered: Jun-06 | Do we get some love here?? is there a fix yet for the cool sat 5000?? or new bin???????? need some help slowboy |
Silver Member Username: The_wank_artistPost Number: 831 Registered: Feb-06 | Unfortunately Lou, there is no love for you and the other coolsaters yet. Shouldn't be too much longer. I would think that it would be released today or tomorrow. They can't hold it back much longer or they'll suffer at the bottom line. |
New member Username: Jez0757Tampa, Florida USA Post Number: 7 Registered: May-06 | How can one tell if they have a "clone"? I have a Pansat 2700. I also have a Quantum 4700 in the box... have not used the Quantum. I have posted requests for info on the Quantum and NO ONE has responded...Have you ever heard of it? and if so...can the current bin be used on it??? Any info would be greatly appreciated. |
New member Username: MatthewmMuncie, IN USA Post Number: 6 Registered: Jun-06 | I hope so too that they give it out. Please gives us the bin file. Please. Thank You |
Silver Member Username: The_wank_artistPost Number: 834 Registered: Feb-06 | jezzy, 2700 quick test but not guaranteed. If your on/off button on the back says on/off then it's real. If instead is say 0/I then its fake. There is a thread from about a week ago that has pictures of the pansat2700 and clone2700. see if you can find it for further conformation Quantum is a clone I believe, which would use the 277T bin, which is not available yet. You're better to wait than try your luck loading a real Pansat bin on it. And please post in the correct thread. Someone will eventually answer, but we can't answer everything right away. If it starts to drop too far down the list, just bump it back up. |
New member Username: Kashif4uPost Number: 3 Registered: Jun-06 | Fazal from IndoPak group gives a link for the new bin and he also mention cools@t in his subject lines. Did any one try that bin for COOLS@T ?? |
New member Username: Jez0757Tampa, Florida USA Post Number: 8 Registered: May-06 | Thank You so much Tyler....I really was wondering if anyone had heard of the Quantum! And I am very sorry for posting in the wrong thread....I am also new here and am not all that "in the know" I have been reading a lot here for the past week and many of my questions have been answered.....JUST LIKE YOU SAY!!!!! (SO READ PEOPLE!) But hadn't seen anything on this issue. Again, Thanks a million! |
