Up until about two months ago I was able to get all the channels on 110 and 119. Now, I get about 10 or so channels on 119 and all channels on 110. I checked the installation menu to make sure my diseqc settings are correct. They are.
I'm wondering if my diseqc has gone bad? I know I'm still getting channels which tells me that the diseqc is still functioning. My diseqc is up on my roof exposed to the cruel Texas weather.
Ohh, wanted to say that the signal strength for the satellite that only gets 10 or so channels is extremely weak. For both signal bars, the top bar only gets 37% and the bottom bar gets no signal at all. But still I am able to get 10 or so channels.
Get out the ladder and try another port on the DISEqC and see if it works. Or switch the cables on the DISEqC ports and see if you have no sig on 110. Or as Rob M. says, spend the $7 on a new switch and stop complaining about it.
