My receiver lost signal. It shows 99% signal strength, but 0% quality. I have not changed anything from when it was working fine. When I tone it, it seems fine. Any suggestions?

Bad DiSEqC switch?
Dish out of alignment due to high wind?
Bad LNB?
You've ruled out the cable, so those would be my suggestions on where to start.
