Monday, May 22, 2006 - 12:59 GMT Is it possible to receive both 82 and 91 satellites or do I need to get a separate dish for each? If I am able to receive both, could you please tell me how I am able to do that. I am able to find both satellites but the receiver only locks onto 1. Thanx

Monday, May 22, 2006 - 13:21 GMT then you should be able to hit both birds without much problem..not all that much on 82 though..91 is the main one...have you considered dishnet 110,119 sats..much more and better programs. and if you have a dish 500 with twin lnb dp thats what it was made for.

Monday, May 22, 2006 - 13:26 GMT The 110, 119 was my first preference; however when I was having such a hard time find the birds, I accidentally found 82/91 and settled on them. I would luv to switch to 110/119 if I can just find them, BTW, how can I hit 82/91 at the sametime? Thanx

Monday, May 22, 2006 - 14:24 GMT I only have one coaxal coming out of the dish. Should I use a Y-splitter for that 1 coaxal coming from the dish and take the output from the splitter and put 1 end for Switch Port 1 and the other to Switch Port 2? Thanx

Monday, May 22, 2006 - 14:32 GMT No your twin lnb has a built in switch..all you need is one rg6 cable from your lnb(left side as you face towards the dish) to your receiver..and adjust your settings in installation menu.
