Can you or someone else, please also tell me whether this is the right cable I need for Pansat 2700. I did a search for RS 232 null modem cable at Radio shack but did not find anything. This cable is available at Source.
I have gone to the store itself and the above is the only cable they have. Will this work ? I also checked with Futureshop and they do not have any such cable. Pls let me know if the cable above (in the pic) is ok for Pansat 2700 ? Thanks
i have a usb to serial adapter... it works fine. On the "device manager" (I located it by trouble shooting the add new hardware) on the computer change parity to space for a null modem parity to even for a serial ... remember to select the apropriate port
After downloading the correct 148 bin for Pansat 2700, do i absolutely have to load a channel list ? I'm nto sure how to do this, and do not want to do it if i dont have to.
Quantum 3000 same as pansat 2500 quantum 4000 same as pansat 2500 but w/ same memory as pansat 2700 meaning: Pansat2500 bins can be used don't know the 4700? DO NOT load the blacklist bin, it kill clone

For a newbie, if it work, don't touch, =P ,but if you want to test it, go a head, beside most bin is autoroll already, I don't know why you need input key ,if you use the bin is newest.
