Calibrating a 36" JVC CRT

I live in Seoul, Korea, and bought last year a JVC 36" CRT. I'm wondering if I should get an ISF calibration or is there another way I can do it? Parts of the picture has motion problems in that capturing the action is a bit hard on the eyes.

Peter, a CRT should not have motion artifacts. What is your signal source?
