How do i mount d shaped lnb on Starchoice rectangular arm?

so i know that if i put a dish lnb in the same position as the starchoice lnb it will work, but i seam to have problems.
the arm is rectangular and the lnb is d shaped, the starchoice lnb's sit lower.
can i just cut the top of the arm out so the d shaped lnb fits or will it be aimed to high on the dish (its an eliptical dish)? If so how do i mount it in the correct position? any pictures?

i know the arm needs to be on a dish to work :-)

Be creative...this is NOT rocket science...U anything U can...make a new bracket... or use bungee cords....tie wraps... duct tape....superglue....liquid JB weld..spit...gum...molassses...string....shoelaces...wire...anything!
