Need samsung tv service menu explained.

Could someone help me with my samsung lcd tv service menu, I need to adjust the horizontal position of the screen, but I can't seem to find the service manual anywhere on the net or the explanation on what each item on the menu does.

I have a Samsung lcd tv ln-r328w.
