Silver Member Username: FyiDallas, Texas Post Number: 607 Registered: May-05 | Todays 1080P sets scale all input signals to the set's native display resolution of 1080P. They were not designed to accept 1080P on the HDMI port because the format doesn't yet exist. (but for the exception of some expensive scalers) The ATSC tuners will receive 1080P if such a signal is ever broadcasted. The VGA ports found on some sets will accept 1080P from computers as well. |
