I had read here of problems concerning this changers read probs. Since I also have one that showed this error it got me looking inside. What I found was the flex cable from the main board to the reader had come off at the reader end. Reattaching it fixed the errors, but the cable also showed damage from getting pulled out and I don't expect it to last. Does anyone here know of a source of these cables so it can be replaced and have some on hand for the future?
