The instructions on how to load CAS info through the parental guide is a no go with my box. Purchased Feb. 1st or so and the parental PIN acces does not work, unless I have some channels loaded. Then for some reason I do not have the ability to navigate in the Parental section. I have to enter something in old pin then new pin then confirm. I CAN'T just go to the 2nd pin and enter 0000. Bought from Ku Satillites, so I know it's a good one. All my buds have the 2700 I wanted HDTV and got the 3500...now I am screwed. Anybody have a idea.
