GETTING SPANISH CHANNEL ON PANSAT 2700

I have a 18" dish & i am getting CNN spanish ,MTV spanish. I installed another LNB hoping to get all Dish 500 channels but no luck. I tried to change the elevation of my dish but no luck.Can someone tell me what needs to be done.
