Posted on I found a supplier out of China that is selling Osram lamps without the housing for $99 on ebay. Go to ebay and look at auction #5860475080 or look for seller by the name of watyylxx I read somewhere that OSRAM lamps are made in China and Belgium so it is not surprising that someone has them to sell from china. How difficult is it to change one of these lamps out of the housing???? jaskim |

Posted on That's the going rate for Phillips too! I've swapped one on a P63. No big deal. |

Posted on Interestingly enough, I contacted the supplier who wanted to know if it was an E22 or an E23? From the samsungparts.com website they listed the lamp for my Akai tv as an E22. Do you think matching that model # is all that there is to it?? He also said changing the Osrams lamps only required a phillips screw driver. jaskim |

Posted on For an OEM part, yes! When the time comes, wear soft cotton gloves. If you touch the lamp it creates a hot spot causing failure. |
