I'm "shopping" investigating, learninig so I can get my first FTA receiver, a friend told me Pansat is good, another friend told me he has Cool sat, and in internet I read about Captiveworks.

I'm figuring out, all are good, each one with it's own good specs, one faster than the other, but with more tool.

But what about software for them, is it easy to get, or where can I bet a BIN file for

Pantec 3500
Or Captiveworks
Or Cool sat 5000

Talking about "support" which is more reliable or recommended?

What can you guys recommend?
