Why i can NOT select "parent control" in pansat 3500s?

RF IC New member Username: Rfic Post Number: 1 Registered: Jan-06	Posted on Tuesday, January 24, 2006 - 05:45 GMT i just got my 3500s, and i use GTRom loader 3.40 (pansat 3500s) + 137 bin to download to my 3500s. everthing looks fine, but when i connect to cable & TV, the "parent control " is gray out and i can't select it any idea what i did wrong? BTW, i can see all the echo 7, etc. signal very well thanks
