Hi there, I just bought a 3500s...and I'm having some problems. After selecting any satellite I can see a level gauge, but the quality is constantly 0%. Does anybody have any idea what could be causing this problem? I have two satellites and they are linked by a switch. I have already used the uploader for the BIN file.
Hey Fraser; I don`t know a bunch, but you need to provide better info ie. when U say two sats, U mean 2 dish`s, what lnb`s U using, have U configured stb to the switch and ? kind of swch.
1 thing U can try is bypassing the switch and run 1(I assume)cable directly from either of the dishes/lnbs to the reciever, making sure stb is set right in ant.22k-off, swtch=no and lnb freq. 11250, also power to lnb-yes. This is if U are on sat. to start with.
If none of the more knowledgeble guys take over for me, give more info and maybe we can struggle through it. I have only set up four systems, but they work!!!
