Well it is funny that for 3 days I have been chasing these guys in every forum Just to see what they do. Call them what they are and they run because they know they have been exposed here.Long Live free TV.

Colin, do you really believe that a multi-million dollar outfit really cares what you think or post in here or anywhere else? And exposing them here, if that's what you think you have done, is not going to cause them to run. Come on...get it together man.

I know but if we expose them then we choose to give them power that is our mistake. But give the newbies a heads up with these guys and game over here too. They will move on.

I believe the question WAS... Is there a receiver that can handle 2 n2 inputs at once?

All units need 2 keys for n2 to work.

no no no,what I mean is this, right now there is 2 sets going 1 for most channels and then another set which when entered gets you fox, hbo etc, but not both the new keys used by fox hbo espn etc have not rolled to all the channels YET but will soon. So maybe the question is n2 sets 00,01 and 02,03. These are all Nagra 2 so ok 4 keys for nagra 2 not including n1 default keys.

A N2 IDEA key now is 32 bytes divided into two string lines of 16 bytes each. As with N1 encryption, usually one idea key is active and the other is not. If you know the active key but unsure if it is the 0 key or 1 key, you can enter the key twice. This is not recommended as we see dishnet will run two active IDEA keys at one time.

I found a quick solution to change keys. Use (key enchanter) and make a second copy of uploaded (from stb to computer) ke2 file. Rename copy of ke2 file to new keys or whatever and then edit (open with text editor) dish keys section and insert new keys. save and then you can swuitch back and forth (download from computer to stb) in a matter of seconds between original ke2 and newkeys.ke2 file.

I have a Pansat 3500 and 2500 why do they get all channels after loading latest bin if Pansats do not use both sets of active keys? When bins were first loaded were getting channels but not ESPN or HBO but then it said wait for picture and now all channels work.

Because they are autoroll bins and I can't use them as I don't have a true Pansat. I cloned my Fortec and an autoroll will kill my Fortec.

There are autoroll Pantec files (267 bin) at dsscommunity in the Pantec area..works on older true Fortecs and Pansat clones..
