How to Enter New Keys?

Hi guys I have a Fortec Ultra Lifetime Receiver and the people at the shop put the Pantec Dvb Program on it and I just wanted to know how I go about entering the new keys? I can't seem to find anywhere to enter them when I go into my menu section.
