I just bought a Toshiba x95. The picture is awesome! The cable guy had a religious experience when he first saw it. I have no complaints except for ONE:
Can anyone tell me why the set HUMS 24/7? I was told it could an auxiliary fan (?) or a bulb (?)
This set has Dolby sound and yet it has a fan to cool the projector that can be heard above a reasonable volume setting.
I invite all you Techies to weigh in on this discussion! I'm just a regular gal who saved, waited and paid out lotsa moola for this set. Is this HUM normal?
Thanks for your comments!

Hum is not normal. Call for service. Probably the fan. Not speak complete sentances. Fire Bad.
A fan shouldn't "hum". If it makes a wine that is reverbrated through the stand it's on on a hardwood floor with no or little rugs and drapes or curtains in the room it might sound as a hum.

You drank to much wine that your fan made. Now folks will whine that you can't spell, vb.
