This set will not power up, I have a relay click only. The diagnostic "red led" lights up only, at first flashes a few times, then stays on bright. No green leds at all, not even breifly. I pulled the board, suspected the reg. I901, not sure. I found a 2w. power resistor (open) R903 33 ohm 2w. I cannot find any tips indicating this resistor as any common faults? Has anyone seen this before, or would it indicate a power surge damgae to the reg. I901? I have some on order, but not yet installed to try. Any help appreciated on this. Thanks.
