Here is the list in alphabetical order, to help you sort through it:
Do not purchase from any site using cwmarketinginc.com as their payment processor. This is the same group that ran compu-world.net which is named in this lawsuit.
If you purchased anything from any site and paid by virtual card, probilling or compu-world you will probably get a letter from Dave in the next year or so.
Rumors of this have been going around since it happened back in June. But the case is under seal and the pacer docs are not available to the public. The doc's ARE available to the parties concerned and to their lawyers. This info comes from one the named parties.
Most of the people named in this suit have continued on in business. They have done so because the case was sealed and no one knew which sites had been named so the dealers continued to sell product and place more endusers in danger. These sites have either been busted, shutdown, closed or had their Domain registered by DirecTV.

H3lt3r I couldn't attach the rest, but dsstester.co_m was listed also, and yet the Atmega file and TSOP for N2 are at that site. How safe? is it??? Thanks in advance, and thanks for all your knowledgeable input to this site...
Crash and a few others are still around too...this is all OLD news!...and I believe this is about using the same host..dsstester does not sell anything now and I believe some sites listed were just forums with info or had private "Dues required" memberships and selling private files, along with their public forums and freeware files...I wouldn't worry about anything unless U bought hardware from the sites specifically, and I don't mean from their sponsors..I don't think Dave is going after end users much more, especially if its only for software private files..he's lightened up a little after a few court setbacks!
