Toypartylady916 Unregistered guest | I cant get the sound back from my TV.. when you change channels the mute is on. I tried the button from the remote as well as going into the menu.. guess what under audio all choices work except mute. Dvds and vcr will play thru the tv but not the tv channels. Toni |

RandyM Unregistered guest | This is an interesting one. Good news is that there isn't anything serious wrong here. Most likely, you have a open circuit between the video processor and the audio amps. The audio from the input jacks bypass most the audio circuitry. . . that's why input audio works ok. Print this message out and take it to a good tech. They should be able to find the problem pretty quickly and it shouldn't cost much to repair this one. Good Luck! |
