New member Username: MelheathPost Number: 1 Registered: Oct-05 | Need Help with Mitsubishi VS-5043 MFG August 1997 (Rear projection) I was watching TV and all of a sudden the TV shut off. Tried to turn it back on and the light came on but it immediately shut off. I opene up the back to check the fuses. and the main fuse still is working. i just don't know what to do. I was thinking a relay switch or maybe the lamp burnt out. Please help!!! |

In addition any time you have the back OFF, pen up ANY pets you may have.... They seem to be real curious about the backs being off. (I'm not kidding) PS: If you're ever poking around in there, try to have someone else at home at the time, in case you do get zapped. |

Bronze Member Username: MccambleyBREEZY POINT, NY USA Post Number: 26 Registered: Jun-05 | Melissa your TV does'nt have a lamp. Its possible a blown power supply. Its cost a 2 or 3 hundred to fix if you can get to the shop. You might be better off buying a new crt HDTV for around $1000. |
