Dude most people on this board are either in US or canada.
1. FTA reciever or DN's box. 2. They use Nagravision2 ecryption. 3. Don't know what the chances are, but I know that a few years ago they fined people $250,000 and a possible jail time for signal theft.
It is legal to buy unmodified FTA boxes.
