I had a 27" flat screen sony TV. The picture was good, however I wanted something bigger and capable of handling hdtv/progressive. So I went out and bought a Samsung 42" DLP HDTV (HLR-4266W.) The picture qaulity in the game is now bad. I tried everything!!! Im connected with component cables through a receiver
Playing sports games the picture gets really shaky and sometimes things are moving so fast I can't even see the ball.
It really is hurting my eyes.
Is DLP the way to go or is LCD, Plasma or any others better?
Thanks for the help

Try connecting your game unit directly to the TV. This will tell you if the home theatre receiver is contributing to the problem. You also might try different formats (480i vs. 480p) coming out of the game.
