header108 Unregistered guest | Anonymous: First you have to go back to your factory settings,then reboot the receiver and add the 224 bin on it then turn it off and reboot it and load the 255 bin on it and the then hook it up to TV and setup your Sat that you are aimed at and do a SAT scan it well take about 25 min then watch TV. |

h3lt3r sk3lt3r Unregistered guest | @nadeem khan 1. Factory settings reset is in the box's menu. 2. Go back to factory settings before flashing with new bin. 3. Do a sat scan to get the up to date channels. 4. No, you don't need a channel list when doing a blind scan. |

Bronze Member Username: SpankPost Number: 94 Registered: Oct-05 | You could try to do a factory reset from the menu, then re-flash receiver with the 118 bin and then do a blind scan. Did you get the bin from a reliable site? Try future-fta.com for pansat files. |

Silver Member Username: H3lt3r_sk3lt3rPost Number: 299 Registered: Oct-05 | @dssdt1 Pansat 2700a is good for the buck and is easy to operate (at $149), Viewsat Platinum is a slightly better unit same ease of operation, faster processor, more ram, faster EPG (around $200). I would also suggest that you steer clear of pansat 2500's, because you might get stuck with a cheap knock-off clone. |

You must use the VIDEO or S-VHS input on your TV or Home Theatre system with this receiver (which is much better than using a Channel 3/4 input anyway!). This is not a clone, this is an official Pansat receiver!. Use the same software as U do on the Pansat 2700A... |

Mitul Unregistered guest | Hi all, I am trying to get my parents Pansat 2700A working, they use it to get those Hindi/International channels on 61.5 west. I got the following bin X-87BL_0501008_118_api(N).bin We got it loaded on my dad's friends 2700A, entered the keys for Nagra2 and it was working. Then we tried ours, flashed it, and when he connected it to the TV, the "Parental Control" menu was greyed out, I couldn't access it. I'm stuck. Did I do something wrong? Tried reflashing, didn't work. Please help me get my parents off my back  |
