I have a series 1 Phillips TIVO and just got a Directv DVR/TIVO box. I have VOIP phone service and the older Phillips Tivo box never comlained when it was time to download program information. It worked just fine with Vonage VOIP. The new unit complains that the line is busy but it is not. It is dedicated to the unit for the time being to download the program information. I cannot search the program data or record without going through set up which now continually fails when it tries to make a phone call to the TIVO Service. Does "line is busy" indicate some other problem I should be looking at? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Ginger
