Will 1080p be available for Plasma TV's? If so, do you know when?

From what i've seen and read in some mag's 1080p projection is on its way possibly by the end of this year. However nothing was said about Plasma. I would assume that plasma wouldnt be far behind.

plasma will be very far behind. Currently there are no plasma panel manufacturers with the capability to manufacture a 1080p plasma panel.
