New member Username: TelevisitorPost Number: 1 Registered: Aug-05 | Hi there. I wa wondering if any of you could help me. I have a Sony 50" Grand Wega LCD Rear Projection TV that's just over a year old. Blue spidery lines have appeared on the screen. They're blurry and sort of flicker. They look as though something has got in the way of the projection - but that's my complete amateur guess. Have any of you ever come across this before? If anyone could offer me any advice I'd be very grateful. Thank you, David |

LOL https://www.ecoustics.com/electronics/forum/home-video/137540.html There are those who say the issues with these TVs are isolated and do not represent the nase. I differ in that opinion and say $3000 is wasted on this not ready for primetime crap that does not last a year. Good Luck |

Curious1 Unregistered guest | That's a strange looking line. Is it on all inputs? Have you unhooked everything including power and reconnected after 10 minutes? Is it imposed on top of any signal input like DVD? |
New member Username: TelevisitorPost Number: 4 Registered: Aug-05 | I have tried unhooking everything, I've disconnected the power overnight - all to no avail. Yes, it is visible on every input. It sort of flickers a bit. It really looks like something is between the image and the screen. How do these tvs work? Is it possible that a foreign body may be in there? |
