Advice on the best LCD TV 42 or larger

I need advice on a top of the line LCD TV. I would like to go larger then 42 but I do not know if it will fit in my budget. I am impressed with the Philips 42pf9996. Dual tuners, split screen, ambi light, it has all the bells and whistles.

Any advice on another 42 or I would really like to go with a 50 or larger. Price is an issue, I have about 5k Max to sped.

Thanks
Skippy

1st choice:

42" Sony Wega Professional LCD monitor Model# FWD-42LX1-W/B/S {W=White bezel or B=Black bezel or S=Silver bezel.}

Uses LG-Philips' 1,366 X 768p resolution 60,000-hours lifetime 42" panel.

You can get i for $4,499.99 including motor freight at: http://www.avdeals.com/

NOTE: This is a bare bones LCD monitor, it DOES NOT includes a table stand, speakers or an integrated NTSC {TV} tuner., You'll need the Aurora-Sony #ICS-SP20 Tuner card which cost around $350.00. If you don't get the tuner card, you can still use a satellite receiver or a digital cable receiver as the tuner.

2nd. choice:

42" LG Flatron professional LCD monitor W/ 1,366 X 768p resolution and 1,000:1 contrast ratio Model# L4200A.

Uses LG-Philips panel same specs. as the one described on the Sony Wega.
12-ms Response time.
DVI-D W/ HDCP.
3-years warranty on the entire unit.
Black bezel.

$4,799.99 including motor freight at: http://www.avdeals.com/

NOTE: Just like Sony's Wega LCD this LG does not include an integrated TV tuner, table stand or speakers, you can get the LG #LST4200 external NTSC, ATSC, QAM tuner and will work fine or if you already have a programming provider {satellite or digital cable} you can use their receivers as the tuner.

Isn't it the 45" Sharp a better choice for that budget? If I had 5k to spend this is what I will get...

That one is the best of them all!, never though Monitor Outlet.com would lower their price from $4,479.00.
