Hi. I think I may have been suckered. Recently I puchased a Toshiba SD-V290, which plays dvd's coded 1 or 'All'. It does not play any dvd's coded 2,3,4,5,6,7,or 8. I am not an electronics expert. It'll play an ALL Region-PAL, but not a Region 2-PAL. Is there any way of changing this without disassembling this machine?
