Cd and Dvd Damage?

Anonymous	Posted on Friday, July 01, 2005 - 18:08 GMT Does anyone know if pausing cds and dvds for an extended period of time will cause any damage to the data on them? I tend to do this a lot especially on my computer and i was wondering if it will damage anything....
