I have HR10-250 receiver. Yesterday I added the DTV "HD Package" to my programming, but I can't view any of this programming. The HD channels (73, 74, 509...) don't even show up in my on screen guide, and when I manually select one of these channels...I get the message "Channel Not Available".
I've rebooted the receiver several times, and DTV customer service was no help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. BTW I do not have this receiver connected to a phone line- could this have anything to do with my problem?

If DTV customer service or their install/technicians dept are of no help,then call back..they are the experts.
