I think its total BS. Are there any other options?? Splitting, Hack, Buying my own box.. etc??? Anything ?? Thanks |

I don't work for Cox, so bear with me, are you saying they charge you not only for the additional STB, but also the services?? Man that's harsh. I could be wrong but you might want to check with your local cable commission and see if that's allowed. I know we don't do that here, so best to check with the powers that regulate in your area. |

New member Username: TmanxxSacramento, CA USA Post Number: 8 Registered: Jul-05 | I made this comment at another place, but if you have a spare computer, or put together something cheap, you can buy an ATI HDTV Wonder PCI HDTV tuner card. It also comes with an indoor Zenith antenna and has a second input for your coax. That card you should be able to find for <$150 and comes with PVR software. |
