I don't work for Cox, so bear with me, are you saying they charge you not only for the additional STB, but also the services?? Man that's harsh. I could be wrong but you might want to check with your local cable commission and see if that's allowed. I know we don't do that here, so best to check with the powers that regulate in your area. |

It also comes with an indoor Zenith antenna and has a second input for your coax. That card you should be able to find for <$150 and comes with PVR software. |
