However, large trees and other blockage gives me only limited free sky access. I have a direct 100% hit on DTV, would I still be able to get service with the Panstat box ? 2500a Unregistered guest | I have a pansat 2500a, I am not able to flash the factory bin file. The receiver stays on 0001, when I turned it off then on the led shows --- then back to 0001. Anonymous | New Key verified for 2500a 3.15.05 Key0 press menu go down to parental controlls, and press ok press down arrow and enter 0000 thats 4 zeros now go down to nagravision and press ok now press the right side arrow next to the ok button 11 times until it says dish network now press the down arrow 1 time now press the down arrow 1 time and press the following buttons EPG 0 SIG 9 5 9 PAUSE 8 7 EPG 8 PAUSE 3 4 1 3 after this the key data should read F0 C9 59 D8 7f 8d 34 13 now press the ok button! then press exit to exit the menu and ur done This is the best place to get new keys very very very very fast |

Anonymous | Hi all; At the last key change I had something weird happen and thought I would share. My wife left the system on once the key change happened. When I got to the system, the screen was black and white with no vertical control. I had to get out the PANSAT manual to visualize the menus and change the TV type back to NTSC. How could this happen? Could it have been changed by the key change. If this happened to anyone else, I would be interested. |

The DMS International LNB has the following specs: RF: 11.70/12.20 GHz, IF:950/1450 MHz, LO:10.750GHz. So I set it up under "antenna setup" as a "standard for USA' with a frequency of 10750 MHz. I don't have any information on the DSS LNB (which I think is 'circular' and 12050 MHz), but the same settings seem to work. However, I have only been able to get Dish Network with the DSS LNB. Conversely, I haven't been able to hit any other birds with the DSS LNB, but have been able to hit Telstar 7 and Telstar 5 Ku bands with the International LNB. I guess my question is rather general - how do you know which LNB to use for which bird, and what are the correct settings for LNB type under Antenna setup." Thanks. |

I hook it up and it says, found new hardware and wants me to identify; type of hardware. Which one do I choose? Has anyone else experienced this? |

Does anybody have any experience in getting the chanels from SKY Mexico on PAS9 at 58*, please let me know |

Anonymous | Thanks SkyMex, I got the serial port working. However, I now get a "flash failed" message. I downloaded GTRom from Pansatusa. I typed in Pansat 2500A located the bin that I downladed from Pansatusa. I turned on the power on the back of DSR and when the nightrider light comes on, I hit download. After about 10 seconds, a window pops up saying, "download failed"? I have also tried Blacklist, same thing happens, " download failed". Please help...thanks...I'm almost there...I think?? |

Migration has already started with the Adult chanels.
