Unregistered guest | I've got an old 1986 RCA ColorTrack that came out of a hotel some years ago, and I need a remote for it. The buttons on the unit: 5 small, square silver buttons (volume +/- channel +/- power) run verical on the right of the screen and no longer work properly--it's impossible to change the volume, you have to push REALLY hard to make any change at all. It's very hard to change the channel. And recently, it's somewhat difficult to turn the unit on and off. I have no remote for the TV and no RCA universal remote works. I'm sure it's too expensive to replace the buttons, so I need a remote because the picture is flawless. Here's the TV model number: JLR966WR. Let me know where I can find a remote and how I'll know if it will work. PS: It's missing the cover on the right of the TV above the speaker that covers the screen adjustment knobs, remote sensor, and channel display. I'd love to find another cover but I'm sure that I can't... |
