Help please! Problem with conection DVD to TV

I have DVD player Philips dvp630. I try connect DVD to TV (Provision 37cm, only scart RGB, PAL) using SCART. I see DVD options on TV, but all cadres are runing on TV. When play movi it the same and without sound. Why? PLEASE HEL ME.
