Sanyo DS27580 Video Mode Problem - Cannot View DVDs.

Our TV remote went out and we bought a Universal Remote. RCA model RCU600WMS

We cannot get the TV Sanyo Model DS27580 to switch to video mode.

The DVD is an APEX brand.

Any ideas?

Take back the RCA and buy a One For All.
