HI, i'm using a JVC DR MV1 dvd player, and it seems to have got bungled up - the dvd part of it appears to have crashed and the screen is fixed on saying 'loading'. I think the DVD that was inside is jammed but I can't seem to get it out, and the player doesn't respond to anything, including switching off the mains.
