DVD through sky to second tv

I have a tv upstairs with an rf into it from my skybox downstairs, now i get sky and 12345 but cannot get my dvd witch is connected into skybox via scart, is this normal, is there a way to get my dvd signal to my upstairs tv??

Any help greatly appreciated
