36" Dish install for Direct TV. Please Help!!!!!

I am trying to install a DT dish with 95 degree KU Band LNB and DT's 101 degree LNB. I am having a tough time getting DT receiver to recognize the signal form 95 sat. I also have a 2 to 4 switch. Can anyone be kind enough to give some directions?
