How can I get a NTSC mini DV tape transfered my PC with PAL camcoder?

How can I get a NTSC mini DV tape transfered to my PC when I only have a PAL camcorder? It doesn't seem to want to work. I thought I'd at least get something in black/white... but nothing!!

I am no technician and don't have a clue.


HELP!?!
