I have a Toshiba 32" TV. When something is connected to the input(VCR, dish etc.) It works ok for a while. Sometimes the power switch starts flashing and the picture gets real dark. Sometimes it doesn't have a picture at all. Sometimes the volume gets real loud and can't be adjusted. The TV is probably about 4 years old. Does anyone have any ideas of what is causing these problems.???
