I have a Radeon 9800 Pro card in my PC, and I would like to use my Sony 60" LCD HDTV as a 2nd monitor. I want to get the best display possible. The PC is in a different room, and I will have to run about 50 feet of cables between the 2 (or use wireless if that is possible). The HDMI jack on the TV is being used, but I have both composite video and S-video jacks available. The video card on the PC has s-video and DVI jacks available. I also want to run the sound from the PCs mini-stereo jack to the TV's stereo inputs. I can either install gangboxes in the walls or push the cables directly through the walls to eliminate extra connections. The TV is capable of 1080i and 720p. I am most concerned with the quality of the image and text. 1) Should I use the DVI or s-video? Or do I need other conversion hardware? 2) Which type of cable would better support the 50'-75' run? 3) other suggestions?

use component video out from the card as you can adjust the screen to fit the tv by underscanning. I use 9800pro with hdtv..its really good. hope it helps
